ABOUT LIVINGSTON LAW FIRM (ANN LIVINGSTON)

I am a patent attorney with over 30 years experience.  In the past, I've worked for small and large law firms and have worked for all sizes of client companies.  Today, my goal is to leverage my experience to provide you with patent help that is both excellent and reasonably priced.

I have written and prosecuted hundreds of patents.  These patents represent a vast variety of technologies, primarily in the electrical, mechical, and computer arts.  A more detailed description of my technical experience is on my Resume page.

Because I have my own patent law practice, I avoid the overhead of larger firms.   When I left a large downtown Austin firm, I was able to cut my hourly rate in half.  In addition, having obtained so many patents, I can give you an upfront estimate of what it will cost to you your patent application filed and what you can expect to get a patent issued.  I truly enjoy writing patents and working with my clients.
